Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent, upfront pricing — so shipping costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart and confirmed before checkout. Fees are calculated based on your location, order weight, package dimensions, and selected carrier. Because every order is unique, exact rates will vary — but you’ll always see the total before completing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to a wide range of countries across North America, Europe, Australia, and select parts of Asia and South America. While we’re continuously expanding our reach, some regions — including certain remote islands, embargoed territories, or areas with limited carrier coverage — are not supported at this time. During checkout, your address will be validated to confirm eligibility before proceeding.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares each item for shipment. This includes quality checks, secure packaging, and documentation review. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing — excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed over a holiday weekend or after our daily cutoff time may begin processing the following business day.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, estimated delivery times depend on your destination. For international orders, transit typically takes 14–30 days from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual timing may vary due to customs clearance, local postal efficiency, weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, Headlinetouch does not support splitting a single order across multiple shipping addresses. All items in one transaction must be delivered to the same verified location. If you need items sent to different recipients or locations, please place separate orders — each with its own shipping address and payment details.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We’re unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time. Our current carriers require a physical street address for reliable, trackable delivery. If you’re stationed overseas or use a military mailing system, we recommend providing a trusted civilian address where packages can be securely received and forwarded.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, applicable import duties, customs fees, and value-added tax (VAT) may apply upon arrival in your country. As part of our commitment to simplicity, VAT is collected at checkout for eligible destinations — meaning no surprise charges at delivery. However, customs duties and other import-related fees are determined by your local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Every order shipped with Headlinetouch includes real-time tracking as a standard service. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your unique tracking number and a link to follow its journey. You can also view tracking status anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “Order History” section.

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

While we work closely with trusted global carriers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur — especially during peak seasons, major holidays, or due to customs inspections, extreme weather, or regional disruptions. If your package hasn’t arrived within 35 days of shipment, or if tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days, please contact us. We’ll investigate promptly and, when appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
